      Pros

      The pros to this job were my coworkers and the good attitude that we all had at work each day.

      Cons

      Management wasn't willing to go to bat for their workers instead every thing the client said was taken at face value. They just want to make money.

      Pros

      CSSI had a great office culture, work-life balance and actively worked to ensure employees were happy, well-trained and part of an environment that fostered productivity. This pretty much disappeared after several rounds of lay-offs and shake-ups in senior management.

      Cons

      Zero room for personal and professional growth and the revolving door of senior managers and executives meant constantly changing environments and procedures.
