      Pros

      CSSI is a small company which I like. I work with great people who are very knowledgable of their craft.

      Cons

      Communication is an issue, especially if you work off-site. They seem to let people go rapidly when the work runs out or if the client requests it. Many have left the company. Many is senior management positions have left. Very little opportunity for advancement. Training opportunities are online on your own time, unless paid for by the client.

      Friendly and goal oriented people. Employees hired are usually educated and experienced. Folks work well as a team and meet deadlines with room to spare.

      Cons

      All about the money. Normal for government and contractors.
