      Meet some really great friends No upper managment to watch over you.

      Cons

      No career growth or advancement Unfair treatment from upper management VERY high turnover rate, especially with Senior Management No potential new work - causes uncertainty of the stability of your position Poor teamwork skills between departments HR department is out for themselves Poor communication between management and their employees Poor Benefits A company that is overall following apart.

      flex time is a plus, good compensation. fairly good experience when it comes to subject matter experts. never a lack of work.

      Cons

      very little opportunity for personal growth. management sometimes just puts you where they think you will fit as opposed to where you feel you need to be.
