There is very little growth as a student worker. Depending on the department, you are also expendable and easily replaced.

Is a great place to work but working in Admissions and Records may prove detrimental to a budding career. Great benefits that also include financial assistance to complete degree programs and other continuing education.

Cons

Admission and Records: Lower pay than the community colleges. Too much bureaucracy and questionable HR practices. Morale is extremely low and open communication is not welcome. No room for growth or advancement.
