None. Literally there is no reason anyone should want to work at a company.

Cons

Everything. They will fire you for nothing. They pay well below industry standard for positions and force you to work 60+ hours a week. Vacations? Yeah, right. Vacations are more like going somewhere nice to just keep working. Family? Kiss them goodbye because you'll never really see them. When the old CEO left, so did the culture, values, and most importantly the ethics.

Cons

You will never advance, the job you do on day 1 is the same job you will do for the next 30 years. 24/7 on call status with one day off a week. Management will actively look for reason to suspend you to hit their qouta.
