      Pros

      Pay was there. Time away from the office was nice.

      Cons

      Management is negatively biased toward their people. Nasty pride that doesn't allow you to enjoy life. They feel you owe them and they are beyond reproach. The culture invades your home life. Management doesn't follow their own policies. They have contributed to the destruction of my life and family. Benefits are mediocre at best.

      Pros

      Not the hardest work I’ve ever done. Most of the people are awesome to work with. The pay is good sometimes.

      Cons

      Trainmen & Engineer are treated like the scum of the earth and we’re the one on call all the time and away from home with no schedule only one held accountable for anything that happens on the railroad. The pay like I said was good sometimes the problem is on legitimate claims on Work they want deny them or pay what they want to pay day by day.
