Software is at the heart of CT. We have our own custom built recruiting software, training software, and management feedback software. Being apart of the search engine optimization research and development team I work with every aspect of the company. The culture here at CT SEO is one of passion and fun. We work very hard to make sure that everything we do is the best it can be but we still take the time to have beer and brainstorming and other fun stuff like that. People who work remotely seem to be really happy here as they feel very included in the culture of the company as a whole.

Cons

CT moves very fast and this can be stressful. Every day there is new demands from clients and from our team to do better.

Interesting projects, co-workers are sharp and fun to work with, leadership is improving and must continue to fight towards promoting a healthy and happy culture.

Cons

Management needs to balance pressure with positive feedback. Team leads should have more decision making authority. Need to continue to bring on more resources when certain areas are over worked. Compensation is ok.

Pros

They have cutting edge SEO training and tools, and the team members were all very close friends. I have never worked at a company with a culture where people are so closely knit together.

Cons

The management can be heavy handed and there is a lot of micromanagement. I had everyone constantly reviewing my work and performance which I found helpful to improving quickly, but gets to be too much after awhile.
