Pros

A small, tight-knit and very fun group of people, who all do their jobs well. They have a solid client base, and I definitely got to do some fun projects while I was there. CT is also very good at teaching their employees new things in-office, and it's easy to talk to a supervisor if you feel stuck or unsure of yourself on something. Plus, the kitchen is fully stocked and it's right tons of great restaurants.

Cons

Management can be...aloof, to say the least. I've heard some horror stories after I left, and apparently there's been shake-up in the structure of the place. In general, most people who weren't in management sort of saw the job as a placeholder, a decent stop on your way to something (hopefully) better. I think the distance the management seemed to create between itself and the rest of the staff contributed to this.

Pros

This is the top SEO agency to work for. They grow their own leaders, provide rich learning opportunities and training, listen to feedback from team members, and have many opportunities to expand your career laterally & vertically. This is a truly remote team with the special benefit of being able to work anywhere! The flexibility is unparalleled. In the Digital Producer role, you get to work with all kinds of different clients and team members; the work is interesting and engaging; you'll never have a boring day. The industry is rapidly changing, and CT is at the forefront of it! I started as a Digital producer trainee and was mentored into the full role in a short time. It's an excellent place to grow your career and learn from the best.

Cons

There is some variability in salary (which is truly a pro, not a con, as you get to make your own success), but if you need the security of knowing your exact pay check from one month to the next, you should be prepared for a range. Let me preface that by explaining that you have a base salary as a digital producer that you can rely on; but if you depend on profit sharing and draw pay (calculated from paid client revenue managed), just know that it can vary.
