I've been working with CT for over 4 years now. I joined this company with a thought of just another company and a regular job. Turned out a great career opportunity. Some of the reasons why you may like working at CT #1 Rewarding career growth #2 Leadership that listens. I've seen many positive changes which is the result of employees' feedback. #3 Continuous focus on learning and some form of reimbursement is also available for paid online training. #4 Gym subscription reimbursement is very encouraging. #5 Working with a lot of people from diverse cultures is also a plus

Incredibly toxic workplace, leadership and company in general. No job stability and numerous employees leaving due to work-related mental health strain.

Payment is good if you live in a third world country, far as i know the US team is on average, can't say for sure. You learn a lot and gatter outstanding experience.

Cons

Time tracker is stupid, the owners said it's because otherwise people would "steal company time" or they will have too mjch bureocracy, ironically enough, people steal even more time by pretending to be doing something and the bureocracy there is bonkers, seriusly, i had more freedom at presential jobs than working home office to Coalition. Not a company you would want to stay forever.

I don't believe this is a real review, so won't bother responding. We do not have an Analyst position, and it largely regurgitates from other reviews, with lots of typos and grammatical mistakes (something we wouldn't see from an actual team member). Unfortunately, Glassdoor has a weak system of verifying reviews so things like this can be allowed to exist.
