      Pros

      I've been with CT for a little over 7 months now, and intend to stick with them for the foreseeable future. They are a truly remote company and have been for far longer than most others in many industries. If you are looking for a WFH opportunity, a CEO that won't make you come into the office for no reason, and you work hard, CT is a great fit. And we've got an excellent profit share system, too 😉

      been working remotely for the last year and found extremely helpful management/team and great company culture. A lot of opportunity to advance your career and knowledge.

      The executive staff puts forth a lot of effort to ensure that everyone is heard and valued. My little crew is always willing to assist me.

      Cons

      Workload is heavy, and deadlines generally are not stretched. This may not be the place for you if you don't enjoy a fast-paced environment with sometimes long days
