      Working with CT is one of the best experiences I have had. in CT, I learned lots of new things Also, I think, in any aspect of the professional company system, CT doing great. Teams are like family and everything is great.

      We don't have any "assistant managers" in LA or anywhere. Likely left for us by mistake.

      -Training within the digital marketing industry -Great people on every team who are really intelligent -Fully remote (can work from anywhere you have an office space) -Lots of exposure to other businesses -Great place to start your career in digital marketing

      -Low pay compared to other opportunities within the industry -Timedoctor -High turnover -Clients can be rude (applicable to any agency, not just CT) -Management at times seemed to place blame -Micromanagement
