Pros

The ability to work remotely helps you achieve other goals you have in your life, like pursuing a university degree. The experience you get is amazing, by studying their courses and working with their seniors and team leaders. Also, you are included in many of client's communication so you learn a lot about retention and communication. Their management style is interesting, they like to invest in their employees, they don't really hire a senior but they rather promote a junior and give him/her a chance to prove himself/herself. So the Career Growth is great!! The management listens to your feedback and improvement suggestions and they communicate with their team members a lot. That is something I didn't see in my previous work experiences. They offer good benefits for their remote team members like Health Reimbursement, Gym Reimbursement and Device Upgrade. The work environment is not toxic at all and its fun, Coalition Technologies celebrates Halloween and they have a talent show day. Raises are based on Career Development Goals which motivates you to keep developing yourself.

Cons

It's hard to adjust to the night shift. From my experience, being promoted to a new position does not get you a raise since raises are based on Career Development Goals which is kind of disappointing.

Pros

Its the best company overall. Its great journey so far with CT. The best thing of this company is TRANSPARENCY. CT maintains transparency with each and every employee. The process is also the strong point of CT. Top management is also very helping and supportive. You can directly discuss your issues with higher management. There are very few company who pays profit amount with employees; CT is one of them. Actually, CT distributes a comprehensive amount of profit with each employee.

Cons

Sometimes process get fasten, specially in busy time like holiday time. BUT you always learn something.

Pros

- Genuinely wants to continuously improve everything -- client retention, employee satisfaction and productivity, operations, profitability -- and welcomes feedback from all employees - Rewards employees who go above and beyond expectations - Collaborative culture - No two projects are the same; opportunity to learn something new everyday and to be self-driven in constantly updating knowledge to match fast-paced and ever-changing industry

Cons

- Tends to be too focused on hours rendered as opposed to efficiency and quality of work - Focused on recruitment but not so much on employee career development

CT Response

Thank you for the feedback. We put a great deal of effort into continuous improvement and are definitely willing to put aside our preconceived notions of how things can be done if our team members have constructive criticism that could lead to greater efficiency or outcomes for our clients. I can also appreciate the feedback on our need to get better at seeing beyond the hours as a benchmark of performance. We've revamped many objective KPIs so they provide a clearer picture of who is succeeding and who can improve. Part of our goal there is to make hours of secondary importance in performance evaluations. Thanks again. Jordan B. President and COO
