1- Great work environment 2- Great treatment (especially from the President) 3- Salary on time 4- Team member personal life support ( Health support, Gym Subscription, etc ..) 5- work load are fair (development team)

Cons

Tracking employees time and screenshots are essential for oversea companies like CT, but Camera shots every ~10 minutes are really annoying and makes me feel nervous as I know a Camera keeps photograph me inside my house constantly

Pros

Management put a great effort to personally get to know their team members and make sure they have everything they need. Great benefits with huge career development opportunities Some of the most talented, creative and friendly team member from which you can learn and develop your skill set. Hands down it's just the best company I've ever worked in which truly 100% cares about its employees.

Cons

It can seem faced paced at times but overall that's where the growing factor comes in and Management will always be there to help and support.
