Very Good Place to Work

Pros

I have been with CT since last 2+ years. Coalition is one of the rare companies which appreciate its employees more than its clients. Your efforts won't be unnoticed. They have truly amazing rewarding programs such as profit share, bonus pay, career development, phantom stock which are not around in any other companies. The growing teams are full of talents and expertise. You get a lot of learning and support from each other. Its because of these teams most of Coalition's clients wants to stay long term with the company. Proud of being a part of teams like these.

Pros

This is a fast-paced place to work. The structures and policies in place are super efficient and all of my team members are very supportive. The sky is the limit for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Lots of hours are required.

Coworkers are the best part of the job

Pros

My coworkers were the best part of the job. I could go to any one of them with questions. The CEO and the president did, during COVID, make it possible for every one of us to keep our job, as long as we DID our jobs. I learned a lot about digital marketing and SEO and got to work with many awesome, amazing clients. They meet and exceed these company values: "To provide metrics-driven marketing services.": They definitely do that. Through SEO and Digital Marketing best-practices, clients DO get results. "To be the best and brightest online marketers.": I worked with some awesome and intelligent people.

Cons

The hours were manageable at first, and then I felt like I was being driven into the ground. People would leave our team but more and more clients kept being accepted and strained every team to the breaking point at times. Time Doctor, again, was okay at first, and I understand you need a work tracker to track hours worked to bill the clients, but I think the picture taking was a bit too much. These company values either need a bit more work to meet or aren't met at all: "To be as committed to our clients' success as we are to our own.": Part of client success isn't' just metrics, but making sure the team can be 100% committed to their clients, which is hard when more and more clients are being accepted. Only so many team members to go around. "To be the best and brightest online marketers.:" On the flip-side, the company has its onboarding system. However, there is no work time to train in other areas. You are expected to do this in your own free time. "To ensure a higher quality of work by providing a better quality of life for our team.": The long hours (around 8 hours, with few breaks in between), and the being slammed with work doesn't necessarily lead to a better quality of life for anyone.
