Thank you so much! Really appreciate your feedback and I wholeheartedly agree with you on the need to work on improving our business administration training. We're often so focused on the 'doing' we forget about the need to work on the leading.

Pros

The team at CT is fantastic. Everyone is so hardworking and engaged, and very friendly, too. It's a very cooperative environment where everyone pitches in together. During the COVID pandemic, it was incredibly inspiring to see how everyone did their part to help the whole company get through. The work is very challenging and mentally engaging. You will definitely not get bored! You get to work with a really diverse set of clients and learn about a lot of different industries. The opportunity to be a remote worker is also great, because it offers flexibility about location, and I get to work from home.

Cons

The biggest downside is that the time tracking software, Time Doctor, is sometimes difficult to manage. Also, because the work is very fast-paced, it can at times feel a bit overwhelming, but good time management can help to overcome those challenges.

Pros

Working at Coalition, every day is a new learning experience. My colleagues are extremely knowledgable and helpful, always open to lending a hand. CT offers great benefits and incentives, as well as the opportunity to work remotely. Everyone is highly accountable and there is a sense of recognition for a job well done.

Cons

Sometimes the fast pace and tight deadlines can overwhelm if something unforeseen comes up.
