Pros

Just responding to all the review response

Cons

The constant gaslighting in the responses, lol. If you look at the response they have been leaving, I just want you to think about the response they are writing. They can't take the critique on the chin, an opportunity to grow as employers, or just simply just stand on their business practices. Instead they are flippant, saying fake news, acting like a victim, or saying yawn??? I think it shows the maturity of company to have an actual employed representative to just post those responses lol. No one cares about CT that much to pay to write negative views. Cope. It just reflects the character and attitude of a company that cannot take it on the chin and lashes out like a child when pointing out TD flaws. You can decide for yourself if that attitude is a red or green flag. Enjoy.

Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

Note: The company has tried to take down this review several times, and finally succeeded. I am reposting, as this is the truth: Dear critical thinker/potential employee/potential client: DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE. I had the great MISFORTUNE of working at this company, and my general advice is to, at all costs, STAY AWAY. Instead of re-hashing the TRUTH of what so many other former employees have said (see one of the MANY other 1 star reviews), I would like to bring up the way this Glassdoor profile is run. If you are reading these- Maybe as a client, or a potential employee, you should note the following: Notice that, under negative reviews, Coalition will respond calling the review "fake" - when, in fact, they create fake positive reviews internally. Notice that ALMOST ALL of the positive reviews are from "current employees", (and sound like ads) and ALMOST ALL of the Negative ones are from "former employees". I am asking the reader/potential employee to think critically. Remember that this is an SEO company. Reputation is what they DO. Coalition ACTIVELY REPORTS negative reviews to try and take them down, and falsely inflates the rating with 'internal' positive reviews. Have a read- Certainly a company can't have both GLOWING and SCATHING reviews. It doesn't make sense, does it? They have also mysteriously changed their name here on Glassdoor from 'Coalition Technologies' to 'CT'.... interesting, isn't it? Dare I say it makes them less findable/searchable? That's purposeful. Also notice the long, drawn out, derogatory REPLIES to negative reviews FROM the company. They speak for themselves. That's how you will be treated at Coalition. In Summary: This company will gaslight you. They will claim anyone 'against them' is lying or crazy, never listen to complaints or concerns, give you very little for what you do, implement insane measures out of paranoia, and micromanage you to the last inch of your life. Believe the reviews. Time doctor, low pay, insane workload, etc.- it's all true. They prey on people who need work and are willing to work for almost nothing. Please save yourself from destroying your mental health and do not work here, or do business with this company. This company is run by the means of FEAR.
