Nice team to work with and very well organised.

Cons

Working on night shift for some remote members can be very exhausting and I am not a big fan of Time Doctor.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your positive feedback and constructive criticism. We do work to balance team members work schedules so they support a normal lifestyle. As team members in most roles prove themselves, we allow the ability to shift the schedule to better suit their particular needs. Its unfortunate we seemed to miss doing that with you. And while I can understand the objections to using Time Doctor, it has proved extremely valuable in providing our clients with outstanding work, and has also ensure that our teams are confident that everyone working together is working just as hard. This is a grown-up business that has hired professionals and experts to define their own roles. Great Management. Awesome and Cooperative staff No travel We can balance our work and life in a better and efficient way. Innovative and forward-thinking organization. People get full-fledged training on every process. Have their own Learning management system, that help you to get proficient on the whole shebang.
