I was hired on with (what I thought) a good deal of SEO knowledge. However, after a few weeks on the job, I realized that there was much more to learn. I have now been at Coalition for seven months, and can honestly say that I've learned more than I ever thought possible - which is a good thing! The company, which uniquely blends two teams - web design and search engine optimization/marketing - strongly focuses on the end result, which is increasing business' conversions. With that being said, the company operates flawlessly, and delivers on their promises. As someone that deals with Coalition's clients on a daily basis, I see quite a few success stories. This, in return, makes my daily work much more enjoyable and meaningful. I know that I am making a difference. The perks are there as well. From the freshly stocked fridge in the kitchen, to Friday lunches and spontaneous happy hours, you know you'll always be fed working at Coalition. A gym membership and the opportunity to work from home is also available. The company culture is fantastic. Joel, the owner of the company, is very nice, approachable, and intelligent. He ensures that you (as an employee) are consistently growing and prospering. I am very happy working at Coalition Technologies.
