      Pros

      This is the kind of company that makes a remote job feel human. The team is great—always ready to help and incredibly supportive. Delivering great results for clients is a priority, and the company values performance with bonuses. You’ll definitely need to keep learning and adapting to stay ahead, but it’s worth it.

      Cons

      It can take a bit of time to get used to a time tracker tool, not everyone might feel comfortable working that way.
