- Very friendly coworkers - Laid-back atmosphere - Structured path for career growth - Community involvement - Generous PTO

Cons

Their structured path for career growth can be used against you if you are too busy with client work. You'll have to sacrifice a lot of personal time. Good place for recent graduates, because it'll provide many opportunities to learn. Not so much for more experienced developers or someone who wants to master a specific skill through real projects.
