Great company Culture, very relaxed environment, and work with great technologies and cool clients.

Cons

very cheap on providing training, buying software to help with daily development activities, and providing good hardware.

Part of our mission is to create careers for our employees and provide great service to our Clients. Both training, as well as having proper software/hardware, are integral to that mission. Therefore, the multitude of training activities such as conferences, user groups and internal training activities are a large part of our career development since those all lead to building a diverse skill set. If you are having trouble in either of these areas, we always encourage employees to seek out their Manager or local HR for guidance.

Pros

Culture, Fun team events and training. Company is growing. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Starting and current salary is way lower than the local, state, and national average. Had to get a second job part-time just to get by. Company is growing, but pay is not showing much growth. Been trying everything I can to perform well. Hopefully, it will get better soon.

We have put processes into place, within the last year, to allow our employees who are hired into these entry level positions without the related technical experience to have in-depth feedback and opportunities for salary reviews every 6 months. We offer a clear path for promotion that includes a variety of training opportunities for our employees to grow their skills so that they can progress in their career. CTS is a Great Place to Work!

Pros

The company feels like a close knit team of friends rather then coworkers. Management in the local offices is great and very understanding the work-life balance is fantastic. The location(Charlotte) that I worked at is 5-6 hours away from headquarters in Birmingham however we saw and interacted with upper level management a good bit which is awesome for developing your career. The work is pretty exciting as well you can find yourself working with multiple different technologies in the span of a year which is awesome for personal growth. On top of that the developers and senior developers there are some of the best that I've seen in the industry. This is an excellent enviorment for starting or ending your career they offer challenging and entertaining work for anyone at any skill level. I highly recommend CTS Charlotte and CTS as a whole to anyone looking for a career change.

Cons

My diet basically went downhill because of all the food we had in office. They didn't have a toaster so I had to buy one.
