Pros

Good health plan and 401k.

Cons

The higher ups lie and say the company is doing great, when in fact they are laying off hard working people every 6 months. They only promote the employees that are brown nosing, not the ones who have been working there for years, with talent and experience. The overall energy is toxic. Every employee that is still there complains.

- Prime location, situated in the vibrant center of Fort Lauderdale. - Willingness to provide training for those with limited experience. - Relatively favorable benefits compared to other smaller establishments. - Enjoyable and lively work atmosphere. - Flexibility to choose between first or second shift. - Occasional availability of overtime opportunities.

Cons

- Hourly wages fall short of the ideal standard. - Upper management seems disoriented, releasing proficient employees while promoting individuals ill-suited for their roles. - A high turnover rate makes sustaining consistent high-quality work challenging, with most employees staying for less than two years. - The reliance on a handful of "lead techs" with exceptional skills to oversee a large group of new techs poses numerous opportunities for errors.

Pros

Good schedule, plenty of OT, okay medical dental vision and 401k

Cons

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE PTO, only get 1 week PTO the entire year, only give positions to the favorite, aggressive environment, favorites are allowed to destroy private company property like computer and such with NO repercussions, management turns a blind eye on misconduct, management does not care at all about the well fare of employees only wants to turn over engines, stressful high pace environment and they don’t even pay to the scale of aircraft mechanic should be making.
