      Hello and thank you for your honest feedback. During these uncertain times, it has been particularly challenging to match our resourcing levels to expected workloads on our Service Desk. We have now taken steps to address these issues so I hope you are seeing an improvement, but please let me know if you have any further concerns. We have also completed salary reviews in the last couple of weeks, so you should have had the opportunity to discuss this with your line manager.       I’m afraid it looks like you have the wrong CTS. We do not employ anyone in India, or with that job title. So, although we appreciate a 4 star review, we have to be honest and say it’s not a review for our company.
