It’s lovely to hear that during your time here you found CTS to be a good place to work and that we were able to offer you some flexibility within your role and with your projects. We are continuously striving to make this a great place to work and being able to offer more flexibility for staff when required is an area we are keen to incorporate into our plans as we continue to grow. As part of our desire to be a great place to work, we need to ensure that our interview process is relevant to the role, which of course will vary around the business.
