Pros

Good exposure to a variety of systems

Cons

Overworked due to management making promises to clients they cannot keep. Not enough staff to manage the workloads Work constantly scrutinised Staff turnover is ridiculous for such a small company. More then 17people left in less then 12months

Pros

People at the beginning of their career who can’t get a job, this is your place.

Cons

A company where people are just numbers. You are good for them only for as long as you don’t want anything in return. There’s people who get lower salaries because management know they live with their parents ! They prefer to hire people with no knowledge then to increase the salary of an experienced engineer. I have never worked in an IT company or any company as a matter of fact where people leave so often. Right now there’s barely any people left to work on the service desk, clients are leaving because of bad services which makes perfect sense since there’s no employees to support. They have people leaving good reviews on glassdoor to bury the real comments left by actual ex-employees. Dig deeper into these reviews and you will find the truth, observe how someone post a good review everyday… stau away from them people it’s all sold as a big lie from the business itself to their clients to the lies they tell people to have them join. Stay away!

Pros

Can't think of any...I think there was a fridge in the office with free drinks (cokes etc.) to help you drown your sorrows

Cons

To be honest, everything but to list a few specifics: -Workers blamed for poor decisions made by management - Inability to retain staff or customers - Unrealistic deadlines set for workers on the ground who are then labelled 'combative' when they can't keep to them - Too top heavy, at a time when we were desperate for engineers on the ground there was constant hiring of top level management
