Pros

1) some great individual people to work with, and good exposure to a wide range of tech within the datacentres.

Cons

1) Management culture is awful. 2) Workloads are at an all time high leading to extreme workdays with little to no sleep. 3) Work life balance is non existent. 4) CTO is arrogant, likes to micromanage everyone around him. 5) Complete lack of capacity planning and change management. 6) Products / Services sold to customers which do not exist in the datacentres.

Pros

Honestly cannot think of any and I really tried to at least put 1 thing down.

Cons

1. Staff turnover is ludicrously high, I have never known anything like it. The majority of staff there under management level are all only months into the job and are asked to leave good reviews upon starting hence the recent GD reviews all being on very similar dates. 2. CTS only care about money and do not care about customers. Customers complaining left, right and centre and all the board care about is making sure we're charging them for our time they've taken up complaining. 3. Customers have had enough and are leaving at an alarming rate. I personally have had to deal with over three dozen leaving customers across a couple of months. 4. Management are too busy passing the blame from team to team instead of working together on solutions and processes. 5. Work from home is only work from home when the new CEO feels like it. Make sure you get something in your contract about WFH policy as it's used against you if you don't want to come into the office multiple times a week. 6. Unrealistic targets based on the fact that every customer is complaining or has handed their notice in. Just fighting a losing battle permanently. 7. Companywide meeting they outlined lots of positive plans for moving forward and the negative feedback they were getting, but zero action is ever taken. They talk the talk but NEVER walk the walk. This has been the case for the last couple of events so the new intakes genuinely believe things will change!

Pros

State of the art office environment. Great bunch of guys on the service desk. Access to Pluralsight for knowledge enhancement.

Cons

Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians. Since PE investment, company aura very negative. Low morale on service desk. Unappreciated Staff. Overly aggressive CEO. Clueless Senior Management. Below market value salaries. Inability to recruit or retain Staff. Terrible solutions to Clients. Service one of the worst I've experienced for Clients. Between 5 and 8 P1 tickets per day.
