Pros

This is a company that I have been with for many years and it is a great company to work for. I started in support and through the years have worked in many different capacities. During that time I have been able to work on multiple meaningful projects that have made a difference to the credit unions and their members which we serve. The current leadership is open and honest with the staff. They do what they can to train up the staff and give everyone opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in their careers. The company has a great benefits package. I particularily like the insurance plan and how much we pay per month comparied to the company and what we get with the plan. I talk to neighbors and friends where the health deductable is thousands of dollars per family member. I would suggest this company for anyone that * Wants to ability to make meaningful contributions to a company and the people they serve * Has a willingness to learn

Cons

Not sure. I will have to think about this more.

Pros

I have been with the company for two years and am impressed with the company emphasis on continuing education. The leadership team is very passionate on employee development in both the work and personal space. Work has been a hybrid environment the entire time I have been with Prodigy. The ability to work remotely whenever needed is a HUGE benefit. Leadership team pushes for good benefits. The medical coverage is the best I've had as an independent. Unlimited PTO is also incredible. Lateral growth is common, leadership offers new positions to current staff before hiring outside. Personal coaching sessions are done monthly to help staff career path into the positions they want. Supportive work environment, there is a big emphasis on life-work balance instead of work-life balance.

Cons

There is inconsistency between company roles and client expectations, especially in the Member Engagement department . Clients often push none-tech items onto their account managers and it often slides. Especially when coming from bigger clients. Salary is competitive for industry, though Utah inflation makes it feel less so. Pay benefits remote staff more.

Pros

- Working with a dedicated team of talented, kind and passionate individuals. - The company is actively invested in your ongoing success. - No Micro-Management - Talent and Hard-work is rewarded quickly - Internal promotions are frequent - Monthly Team Activities - Incredible Work Culture - Small company, SO much room for growth - Can work fully remote If you have confidence in your self and in your problem solving capabilities, you will succeed in any role at CUProdigy. I was initially hired with zero experience in the Technology field. I was given all the tools and training I needed to seek out solutions to a variety of software issues, and 2 years later I have never been happier with my career! Bet on yourself like I did, and I guarantee that you will succeed in a similar capacity.

Cons

- Long hours at times, depending on workload
