Pros

Pay, remote work, I work on a decent team (not the case for many employees)

Cons

Great company until CVS acquired Aetna. Aetna gave employees Black Friday and MLK day off. We got 8% matching 401k and the workload was manageable. Since CVS took over they reduced 401k matching by 3%, they took BF and MLK Day away (they did give MLK Day back once diversity/inclusion/equity came on the scene. Now they are getting AI in which means more work & more micromanagement. Job requires you have multi licensure which is a PIA and now they make their employees pay for their internet service (it wasn’t like that with Aetna)

Pros

Absolutely nothing worst place I ever worked.

Cons

Back in 2019, they introduced below-minimum store hours, which means I had 161 hours to staff the front of the store. That includes 45 hours as a manager. To keep up with tasks, I had to work 11–12 hours every day. Plus, with so few hours, I had to let staff go. So that meant I was required to work 7 days a week. I worked 275 days straight. This led to me developing a huge drinking problem. I had absolutely no work-life balance. When I approached my district leader about my concerns, she told me that "I could hire the homeless person in front of the store and they would do better.” Put my two weeks later that month. I haven't had a drink since I left. Please don’t work here if you value your health.

Pros

5% company match on your 401K after a year, HSA option, WFH.

Cons

Terrible Management, low pay, unprofessional, too many meetings take away from work time, insufficient training, huge learning curve, antiquated computer systems, company wide technical issues frequently occur, highly micromanaged, verint phone system to track your every move, every call taped. Does not welcome feedback. Difficult to take PTO, advised to work on your days off to keep up with demanding workload. High turnover in Chandler, AZ.
