Pros

Not much of anything good left to say about company.

Cons

Tech hours have been cut, unmanageable expectations, unsafe working environments.

Pros

Pretty much work as many hours as you'd like.

Cons

You will be over-worked, understaffed, and constantly berated by the endless customers and new mundane tasks that keep coming from corporate. Health Care heroes? Companies like CVS continue to literally bleed their employees to death with the never ending work-flow.

Pros

Work From Home. Supposedly flexible hours.

Cons

Poor training; you’re basically on your own if no one can assist in time. Micromanagement. High call volume of Offshore dumping callers on us. Often having to transfer members to the correct line, which is usually their own plan. Job advertised as flexible hours, but they’re not flexible at all with me.
