you better be a robot and be prepared to the same thing everyday with no changes. If your are not one of their favorite you will be leasing apartments your entire life.

Cons

Leadership, instability, lack of infrastructure and very singular goals. Ultimately the largest con with CWS is the rampant nepotism and favoritism amongst the organization.

Complete employee turnover within 3 months except Community Manager at the community I worked at, hard work and long hours for little pay, minimal commissions, expected to have the right answer every time, employees fired before retraining/corrective action taken, better participate in company activities or else...
