      TERRIBLE Employee Relations ~ We are NOT Rabid Dogs

      NONE. I can't imagine who is writing these positive reviews, but I do know for a fact that they are not 'real" employees.

      Cons

      This company treats their employees like dirty dogs. No more scheduling, just last-minute calls to come in for part time staff which is the majority of what's left here. It's a churn of employees who are nothing more than low paid slaves ~ typical of retail since most of the BOD sit on other Retail Boards. If we could boycott these big box stores, that would be the very best course of action for the public. Find a job anywhere but here!

      My first retail position and my how my eyes have been opened

      The relationships with fellow outfitters is great and we get to help some wonderful people with their outdoor experience.

      Cons

      Since the company went public, the work environment has diminished and hours for outfitters have gone way down.
