It’s a kitchen design job that pays commission. It is the number one cabinet retailer. More sales. Finally not working most sundays 401k Medical

Cons

Jason Devles a disrespectful and curd CEO. I know that being in business you cannot be easy on everything. I stayed until 12 am to sell 40k. There was difficulty in getting the money transferred on our end. If not for that, the sale would be complete and should be put on the truck the next day. Instead of understanding I went above and beyond, he criticized me for not knowing the rules. I am one of the top 10 writers in the company.

Competitive, fun, energetic, and positive work environment. The more work you put in the more you get paid and have the opportunity to move up within the company. Also with options to relocate within the country.

Cons

Managing 3rd parties, but we now have a team that helps reduce and resolve a lot of these issues
