Pros

Helping customers and contractors. I enjoyed helping customers save money when the orders came in complete

Cons

Management does not care about you. There is no direction, except for criticism. The company is growing fast. Their customer service is the worst in the industry. They take an untrained youngster and pass them off as designers. Buyer beware!

Pros

The current leader is both an illiterate, and a criminal. Take cold comfort in knowing that you can learn how NOT to run a business, and how NOT to treat people. I will say that many/most of the folks in the stores are honest and hardworking. It is unfortunate though, that while the owner of the company is distracted, the leadership in place here provides zero support in regards to "doing the right thing".

Cons

The workplace is unsafe. The person in charge is known to the rest of upper management as a thief and falsifier of sales records. They follow this person blindly, until they find employment elsewhere. Since the new president cannot communicate effectively, national meetings and updates are scarce. Information rolled out to the field to service customers is largely inaccurate. The "president" obscures the facts and changes important procedures. -Then communicates skewed information to the owner.

You're involved in all aspects of the sale from cradle to grave, to 3% commission is off the top of the sale which is good.

Cons

Your responsible for all aspects of the sale. It's every salesperson for themselves. Lack of communication from corporate down to the local stores.
