This company firmly practices internal promotions and advancements for dedicated employees. Generous PTO and bonus programs for employees with competitive salaries. I have been with the company for five years now and started as ground level hourly employee. With my experience, upper management mentoring and training, I was soon able to advance rapidly. With a 30% growth rate, I know this company is not going anywhere. What other company offers free health, life, vision, and dental insurance and is privately owned! I am so thank for this company and the people I work with daily. Come to work every day and on time, and the rest is up to you! Tons of opportunity! FIVE STARS!!!!

Product is good quality, in demand and in stock Growing store count and product assortments mean continual opportunities to increase your income and advance your career Benefits: Many healthcare/dental/optical options, 401k w/company match, PTO

Cons

People who are ready to roll up their sleeves and accomplish great work with a team of great people will thrive at CTG. Unmotivated individuals will struggle.

The manager in the store was great..You can make good money. The ppl in your store is like being in a foxhole during wartime. Can't say enough good things about the store manager.

Cons

She was definitely overworked. Need more help and incentive for new hires. During Covid lock down there was zero incentives for the sales staff. There will always be issues caused by corporate. Customer service dept. is a joke
