Commission based which is great. Simple once you learn design 2020. I loved the environment and new people I got to meet everyday. It really is easy money.

Cons

Pay sucks a little at first untill u start building commission. Also get man driven company. As a woman I brought a fresh perspective to the sales floor. Also had trouble sometimes with the installs. But it was mostly me not communicating with the contractors well enough
