CEO needs to learn some basic leadership skills because has NONE! Despite you exceeding CTG expectations, he will find 1 problem & you are the worst employee ever! He has the social skills of a 3 year old. I can only imagine how he treats his wife & kids. Corporate- It’s a “us vs them” with their store managers. They change policies that you can’t even keep up with and they make you look like idiots to the customers because they micro manage EVERYTHING you do. They hire people that have no experience in the industry & throw you in with no proper training. They demand managers work a minimum of 45 hours a week for base salary & BS commission. Imagine exceeding their expectations for that amount of pay & then receiving an email about how horrible you are.
