Incompetent Management in India

Pros

This is only India specific review. Salary is as per the market for the new joiners. Existing high performer employees are not paid well as compared to the other peer company in India.

Cons

There are a few cons of the India operations: 1. Very less benefits other than salary. 2. Health insurance is only 3L for your entire family. 3. Zero employee engagement. 4. Fake promises by India management. 5. Zero onsite opportunity. 6. No monetary / non-monetary benefits for high performer. 7. The attrition rate is very high. People come and go very often because of poor benefits and salary.
