I love that Cable One cares about its customers’ satisfaction. Many companies say it, but don’t truly show it. I have been able to witness this commitment firsthand and this is just one of the many reasons I love being part of this team. Throughout my time at Cable One I’ve been constantly reminded about how much the company cares about us as well. Having a comprehensive benefits package, benefits that start day 1, development opportunities, a collaborative team environment....the list goes on. Covid-19 has taken this to another level though. I see just how much time and thought goes behind what actions the company is taking to keep our customers and to keep us safe. I also love seeing how associates find ways to give back to the community through these uncertain times. It’s nice to see that thinking of others and finding ways to help, is just part of our culture.
