In regards to CableONE Business only: The lack of Marketing on a Local/Personal Level within Each System Market - Very Corporate Driven Messages Drive Customers to Contact Call Center instead of the Local Offices that are equipped to provide in-person, tailored service, and cultivate long lasting relationships with clients.

Cable One truly believes that happy employees make happy customers. They coach, develop, and train their employees to be empowered to make the right decision for our customers.

Cons

Due to be a smaller company some of they pay isn't as high as others in the industry but this is to be expected.
