compensation was fair. Other than that it is very hard to find something good to say about cable one. It is honestly like being in 1970 or something. everyone and everything is outdated.

Cons

this company does not work with you. If you need assistance or professional development, they dont help. Nobody cares about each other in the environment. Obnoxious people are allowed to boss people around. everyone is there for the paycheck. If you have an offer from this company, do not take it. Its not worth it.

Strange company. CEO allowed a young inexperienced buffoon to manage finance. You always feel as if people dont accept you in the environment. Many inept VP's making a lot of money and are allowed to stay because they fit in the 'old school network'. sorry to be so honest and tell the real truth but stay away from this place.

Too many to list here. Strange place. Do not work here.
