Pros

The starting pay is good for the times we are in and the benefits are great. The lenient dress code is a plus, you can wear jeans/shorts to work everyday which makes for a comfortable environment. The people that work there are nice and pleasant.

Cons

For starters the main system that is used is a DOS based system so it's completely outdated and not linked with the any other systems used. They give you paid sick time which they count against your attendance if you take it. There was absolutely no direction in putting the sales team together but of course there still a very high expectation for success. It was kind of like a wind up toy, they wound us up and let us go off the table. The communication is terrible in many areas from managers to representatives, local areas to the national call center, or upper management to lower management, etc. There was constant inconsistancies in the information given. Every state/town had a different process/procedure for something, nothing was streamlined. The QA was redundant and not a sales formatted QA. The supervisor interaction was below standard compared to other jobs I've had. I never even knew my sups phone #.

Pros

Benefits, Flexible work days/work hours

Cons

More focused on DEI initiatives than making money hiring/promoting the most qualified people and taking care of the customer. Shareholders and front line employees getting ripped off while senior leadership continues to pull in large bonuses. Peter Principle in action.
