Great stock options. financially sound company.

Cons

Business services Executive leaders at corporate (VP and above ) cant deliver uncomfortable messages, instead they play mind games with associates and make them feel everything is ok, when it’s not. They are huge hypocrites. Can’t be trusted. you have to watch your back daily.

In regards to CableONE Business only: The lack of Marketing on a Local/Personal Level within Each System Market - Very Corporate Driven Messages Drive Customers to Contact Call Center instead of the Local Offices that are equipped to provide in-person, tailored service, and cultivate long lasting relationships with clients.

Great health insurance. That’s about it.

Cons

The supervisors shouldn’t be supervising at all. No one in main office knows what’s going on. Start pay is very low for line of work. And even if you have experience you don’t get compensated for it. You will start at the bottom.
