I feel very respected and appreciated by the General Counsel and my supervisor for the work that I do. Fellow employees are great to work with. Professional development is encouraged. Workload is stimulating, but not overwhelming. Flexible schedules and hybrid work environment make for good work life balance. Legal offices and the corporate building have great amenities. DEI is truly part of the culture.

I truly love the people here. Everyone is willing to work together to get things accomplished. The culture is all about kindness and you can feel that in your daily interactions with coworkers. I also love the benefits and PTO!

Cons

Cable One has some growing pains and still working to integrate some of our acquisitions.
