I would say the hybrid style of work. For some it may be their cup of tea, but I prefer more contact.

Those on my team stuck with each other. There was camraderie.

Cons

Leadership has no idea how to steer the ship, much less get it on a good path. Managerial jealousy on multiple levels leads to hypocrisy.
