Cable One is led by an incredible CEO and a team of caring executives whose main focus is "Servant Leadership". They care deeply for their associates, customers, and communities in which they serve. When the company is successful, we all win- as they give bonuses to the frontline folks as well as the leadership teams. They have fantastic benefits that begin on day one of employment, free services for associates living within a system, on the job training with accredited college courses, and tuition reimbursement for those looking to get a college degree. Best company I have ever worked for...10-years in and still extremely happy to be a part of the CABO family!
