great co-workers, competitve pricing with good service quality, great having free services for employees.

Cons

upper management seems paniced at times and makes changes that are not the best and implements without fully thinking it through. The company needs to consider demographics more when it comes to pricing and promos. not a lot of room for promotion in local offices since management usually stay until retirement. not enough flex time yearly especially for employees that have children

Every possible resource for success is available to you. The management teams seem to be management for a reason they are excellent decision makers and very personable. Last but not least room for advancement and internal promotions are always available at CableOne!

Cons

I would have to say that the Call Center itself would need better maintanance and too many negative attitudes from employees and peers.
