Pros

The children is the only reason I stayed for as long as I did. The parents of these kids are all so loving and supportive. The employees truly care for these children and take very well care of them.

Cons

The company collects 1k per month per infant and yet they pay their employees $10 an hour, no morning nor afternoon breaks, and very high health premiums. In addition, since teachers get send home as children get picked up, the 40 hours per week is not guaranteed. To top it off, the director is very condescending to the staff. Level of education of the staff is not up to par since the pay is so low.
