Excellent communication skills between directors and staff, Generous gifts provided among staff, Paid holidays, Opportunities to share creativity when it comes to lesson plans and activities within the classrooms, flexibility within schedules (etc).

Cons

In my opinion we do not get paid enough for what we do. Raises are not well, can’t work over a certain amount of hours(i forget).

I love working at Cadence Academy Preschool as a preschool teacher! Compared to other companies I’ve worked for, they offer better pay and a supportive environment. The Director genuinely cares about our team and the families we serve. While there’s occasionally some cattiness among teachers, it’s quickly resolved because we come together like a family, creating a warm and collaborative workplace.

Cons

Normal work stuff you will find at any job. Try to be positive and don't always think the worst in people, give others grace as you expect it from them.
