Pros

Supportive Management. Professional Environment. Generally a mature clientele. Intuitive data entry system for food orders. Overall, I enjoyed working with my colleagues and the management, and never had an issue voicing my concerns.

Cons

Accepting too many guests on a show night, resulting in congestion and client dissatisfaction. As a long term business model, they should reduce the number of guests for a show night, or schedule the reservations to allow for reasonable dining time.
