      Pros

      Caesars full time employees have decent dental, life, health, drug, physio, chiropractic, sick benefits. Part time have many of these benefits as well.

      Cons

      Caesars full time and part time employees do not have a current pension plan in place. We contribute to an RSP and the company matches our contributions. It's a 24 hour operation and shift work is a must.

      The company has a lot of inner politics issues, poor mid-level management made it hard to progress and move forward to succeed
